Lyudmila Fedorovna Shukailo is an Ukrainian composer, pianist, teacher. Honored Artist of Ukraine. Born December 26, 1942. Father was an engineer, mother was an opera house singer. In 1961 she graduated from the Kharkov Musical School in two specialties: piano and composition. Lyudmila is the author of many symphonic and chamber works. She also wrote some pieces for string instruments, like this Rhapsody for viola and piano.
